Insta360 App: Introduction to the Advanced Editing Page
Applicable Models: ONE X, X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, X5, Ace, Ace Pro, Ace Pro 2, GO 3, GO 3S, GO Ultra, ONE R, and ONE RS
Some features in the original "Edit/Pro Edit" page have been migrated to the Quick Editing page or the Advanced Editing page. The Advanced Editing page primarily provides advanced video editing features for creators with deep editing needs.
How to enter the Advanced Editing page
You can access the Advanced Editing page through the following four paths:
- Primary path: Navigate to the "Edit" page > Tap "Create a Video"
- Navigate to the "Album" page > tap any video > tap "Editor" in the center at the bottom
- Navigate to the "Edit" page > tap "Auto Edit" > tap "More Edit"
- Navigate to the "Edit" page > tap "FlashCut" > choose any template > tap "More Edit"
How to use major features in the Advanced Editing page
1. Face Filter
The Face Filter feature optimizes the skin tone and texture of people in your media, enhancing the overall aesthetic.

2. Color adjustment
Includes: Adjust, Clarity Plus, Color Plus, Filter, and AquaVision 3.0. These features help optimize the color tone, texture, and mood of your media.
Path:
- From the Player page (formerly the playback page in Album)
- Tap any video > tap "Editor" > select a clip > Edit and Export > select "Go to more edits" > "Edit" > "Adjust"/"Clarity Plus"/"Color Plus"/"Filter"/"AquaVision 3.0"
- Tap any video > tap "Auto Edit" > "Edit clip" > select "Go to more edits" > tap "Edit" > "Adjust"/"Clarity Plus"/"Color Plus"/"Filter"/"AquaVision 3.0"
- From the Edit page

3. Motion ND
This feature simulates the effect of an ND filter, reducing light entering the frame to achieve professional shooting effects like slow shutter motion blur.
Path:
- From the Player page (formerly the playback page in Album)
- Tap any video > tap "Editor" > select a clip > Edit and Export > select "Go to more edits" > tap "Edit" > "Motion ND"
- Tap any video > tap "Auto Edit" > tap "More Edit" > tap "Edit" > "Motion ND"
- From the Edit page
- Primary path: Tap "Create a Video" > "Edit" > "Motion ND"

4. Plate Blur
You can blur license plate areas in your media to protect privacy information.
Path:
- From the Player page (formerly the playback page in Album)
- Tap any video > tap "Editor" > select a clip > Edit and Export > select "Go to more edits" > tap "Edit" > "Plate Blur"
- Tap any video > tap "Auto Edit" > tap "More Edit" > tap "Edit" > "Plate Blur"
- From the Edit page:
