The camera displays an error message prompting "Stop Recording" and indicates that the memory card's write speed is insufficient.
To ensure optimal shooting performance, please use a Micro SD / TF card that meets the UHS-I, V30 or higher speed class specification and is formatted as exFAT.

After backing up important data, format the memory card on the camera or via the Insta360 app.

If the issue persists, proceed with the following advanced formatting methods:
Use "Low-Level Format" on the camera (Applicable to X4 and X5)
Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > tap "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙) > "SD Card" > "Format" > "Low-Level Format".
Format via computer (Applicable to ONE X, X2, and X3)
If the issue still exists after formatting, try replacing the memory card with a new one to check if it functions normally.
