FAQ

1. Can the Mic Air transmitter be used with the Mic Pro receiver?

No. They cannot be used together; the two devices are incompatible.

2. Does Mic Pro support connection via a third-party audio adapter (hot shoe) when it is connected to a digital camera?

This connection method is not supported. We recommend that you connect the devices directly using a 3.5mm audio cable.

3. Why can't I adjust the microphone settings on the camera after connecting the Mic Pro transmitter to Ace Pro/X4 via Bluetooth?

Bluetooth connectivity for Mic Pro is not yet supported on Ace Pro and X4. While the devices can pair and connect normally, microphone settings cannot be configured on the camera.
