Mic Air (1 TX + 1 RX) includes 1 transmitter and 1 receiver.

Compatible third-party apps for direct Bluetooth connection of Mic Pro

The following tables show the app and feature support when connecting Mic Pro to phones/tablets via direct Bluetooth connection. When connected via the receiver, Mic Pro is compatible with most live streaming and video recording apps but does not support calling apps.

1. Does the Mic series microphone support cross-generation pairing/connection?

3. [For Mic and Mic Pro] Does the microphone support connecting to digital cameras via third-party audio adapters (hot shoe)?

This connection method is not supported. We recommend using a 3.5mm audio cable directly to connect the devices.

4. [For Mic and Mic Pro] Why can't I adjust microphone parameters on the camera after connecting the transmitter to Ace Pro/X4 via Bluetooth?

Mic Pro is not adapted for Ace Pro/X4 with regard to Bluetooth connection. The devices can pair and connect normally, but microphone parameters cannot be on the camera.

Mic is not adapted for Ace Pro/X4/X4 Air with regard to Bluetooth connection. The devices can pair and connect normally, but microphone parameters cannot be on the camera.

5. Do Mic Series microphones support or are they compatible with third-party action cameras?

Currently, Mic Series microphones support Bluetooth connection to Insta360 cameras, including Luna Ultra, Luna Pro, X6, X5, X4 Air, Ace Pro 2, and GO Ultra. There is currently no information regarding compatibility with other brands.
