Insta360+: Upload to Cloud (Synchronization) Fails / Unable to Upload
Applicable Models: X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, X5, and Ace Pro 2
Scenario 1: Error message appears when uploading media: "Network connection failed. Please try again later or switch to a different Wi-Fi"
We recommend trying the following steps to solve the problem:
- Update your camera firmware and the Insta360 app to the latest version.
- Check if the currently connected Wi-Fi is stable; avoid using public open Wi-Fi whenever possible.
- Verify that other devices can access the Internet normally via this Wi-Fi.
- Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network.

Please note: If you are traveling overseas, the distance to the data storage server may affect upload speed. We recommend trying to upload again after returning to your home country.
Scenario 2: Error message appears when uploading media: "Camera System Time Error. Please sync the time with the app and try again."
We recommend connecting your camera to the Insta360 app. The system will automatically synchronize to the latest time, and you can upload media normally afterward.

Scenario 3: Wi-Fi connection interrupted during media upload
We recommend trying the following steps to solve the problem:
- Update your camera firmware and the Insta360 app to the latest version.
- Ensure the camera is close to the router with no signal obstructions. Avoid using public Wi-Fi.
- Switch to another more stable Wi-Fi network.

Scenario 4: Error message appears when uploading media: "Network issue. Stopping cloud sync."
We recommend trying the following steps to solve the problem:
- Update your camera firmware and the Insta360 app to the latest version.
- Switch to another available Wi-Fi network.
