GO Series: Camera Unexpectedly Stops Recording or Automatically Starts Recording
Applicable Models: GO 3, GO 3S and GO Ultra
Description
- During recording, the camera unexpectedly stops recording without a clear alert (e.g., "card speed is too slow" or "overheat protection").
- In the standby mode with the screen off, the camera automatically starts recording.
- The camera displays "Recording stopped due to sudden frame drops" (only occurs on GO Ultra).

Solution
Step 1: Update your camera firmware to the latest version

Step 2: Reset your camera
- Take the camera out of the Action Pod and place it separately.
- Press and hold the camera button and the Action Pod's power button for 7 seconds respectively to complete the reset.
- Place the camera back into the Action Pod, power it on, and try recording again.
