GO Series: Reset Operation

Applicable Models: GO 3, GO 3S, and GO Ultra

Reset is a key basic operation to resolve device abnormalities. Below you will find how to reset the camera, which will help you perform camera operations more quickly and efficiently.

Instructions

GO Ultra

1. Take the camera out of the Action Pod.
2. Press and hold the camera button and the Action Pod's power button for 7 seconds respectively.
3. Place the camera back into the Action Pod and power it on. A yellow blink from both units indicates a successful reset.

GO 3 and GO 3S

1. Take the camera out of the Action Pod.
2. Press and hold the camera button and the Action Pod's power button for 7 seconds respectively.
3. Place the camera back into the Action Pod and power it on to complete the reset.
