Scenario 2: Incorrect timestamp on media shot while the camera is connected to the Insta360 app
- Update camera firmware and the Insta360 app: Make sure both your camera firmware and the Insta360 app are updated to the latest version.
- Check network connection: Check that your phone is connected to an available network, allowing the system to automatically synchronize the correct time.
- Check time settings: Go to the "Date & Time" settings on your phone and ensure the "Set Automatically" option is turned on.
- If the issue persists, try switching the country/region setting: In the Insta360 app, go to "Me" > tap your profile picture > "Personal Settings" > "Country/Region".
After adjusting, record a new video or take some photos to see if the timestamp returns to normal.
