X Series: Unlevel Horizon
Applicable Models: X4 and X5
Description
When shooting with the X4 or X5 camera, the image may appear rotated or tilted, resulting in an unlevel horizon of final media.
Solution
We recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:
- Update your camera to the latest firmware version.

- Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > tap "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙) > find and tap "Gyroscope Calibration", then follow the prompts to complete the gyroscope calibration.
