FAQ

1. Why can't X4 Air use the Bullet Time Mode?

X4 Air supports the Bullet Time Mode. Please ensure your camera firmware is updated to v1.1.6 or later, and the Insta360 app is updated to v2.16.0 or later. You can visit Insta360 Downloads to download and install the latest version of the Insta360 app. Then connect your camera to the app to update the firmware.

2. Why is the video shot in the Bullet Time Mode blurry?

In the Bullet Time Mode, under low-light conditions, the camera automatically lowers the shutter speed to capture a properly exposed image. However, a slower shutter speed can cause motion blur when capturing fast-moving subjects. For best results, it is recommended to use the Bullet Time Mode in environments with ample lighting.
