You can find the device's serial number through the following 4 methods:
You can locate the device's serial number under the first S/N barcode on the packaging box.
Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > select "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙) > tap "Camera Info" to view the serial number.
Please note: If you are using a ONE X camera, power it on, then press the small button to switch to ⚙ > press the large button to enter Settings > find the "!" icon > press the large button to select "About" > press the large button again > view the camera's serial number.
Connect your camera to the Insta360 app > tap "Me" in the app and navigate to Settings > tap "Device Info" to view the camera's serial number.

Open Insta360 Studio on your computer > import the original image > select the original media > tap the icon with "i" in a circle in the right menu bar to open "File Properties", where you can find the camera's serial number.
You can also remove the camera battery and check inside the battery compartment, where the serial number is printed.
