You can click the "Keyframe" icon and add a keyframe to adjust FOV. This method allows for reframing, meaning you can freely drag the frame or adjust parameters to change FOV.
Six preset FOV options are supported: Crystal Ball, Tiny Planet, MegaView, UltraWide, Dewarp, and Linear.

Select the "FOV" option in the lower right corner of the player.
FOV options supported: Crystal Ball, Tiny Planet, MegaView, UltraWide, Dewarp, and Equirectangular Panorama.
Click the "Media Processing" icon on the right sidebar of Insta360 Studio, then switch FOV options under "FOV Options".
Supported FOV options: UltraWide, Dewarp, Linear, and Custom.
Please note: When selecting "Custom", you can adjust the field of view (FOV) by adding keyframes or scrolling the mouse wheel.
Insta360 Studio does not support switching FOV or zooming in on media. You must select an FOV option in your camera before recording.

In the Editing bar on the right side of Insta360 Studio, click "Media Processing" > "FOV Options".
FOV options supported: MegaView, UltraWide, and Dewarp.
Please note: Flat photos in .jpg format do not support FOV adjustment and cropping in Insta360 Studio.
