To consistently achieve the best results with your ONE X2, you should use UHS-I Micro SD cards with a V30 or above speed class and exFAT format, or the shooting may stop and the footage may be damaged by the unmatched storage cards. Note: UHS-II and UHS-III Micro SD/TF cards are not compatible with ONE X2. We recommend only purchasing name-brand microSD cards through official resellers. The cards below have been tested to work well with ONE X2.

For best results, we recommend to back up files and refer to the tutorial to format the microSD card regularly.
Please make sure the micro SD card you use is marked with V30 and UHS-I. ONE X2 recording video will store multiple files at the same time, so the writing speed of the memory card it requires is relatively high. The basic requirements include: exFAT, UHS-I, V30. If you confirm that there are signs such as V30, please backup the files in the Micro SD card and format it in exFAT format by referring to the tutorial. If the card speed is still insufficient after formatting, please check whether the camera firmware version is the latest, if not, please follow the tutorial to update the firmware and try again. If the card speed is still insufficient after the above methods, please click here to contact us for further support.
The maximum storage card that ONE X2 is compatible with is 1TB.
Since UHS-Ⅱ Micro SD cards have not been tested, in order to consistently achieve the best results with ONE X2, it is recommended to use the above-mentioned officially tested SanDisk Micro SD cards.
In light of feedback from users that the card speed is insufficient when using Lexar Micro SD cards, it is recommended to use the above-mentioned officially tested SanDisk Micro SD cards to avoid similar issues. If you have purchased a non-recommended V30 Micro SD card, please backup files and format the card in the camera and try again.
