Q1 What is Insta360+ Free Cloud Service?

Insta360+ Free Cloud Service is a time-limited cloud storage service provided by Insta360 at no cost to users. During this period, users can access various Insta360+ features, including automatic backup, 360° online playback, one-tap sharing, plus cloud editing and export.

Insta360+ Free Cloud Service policy: Users of Free Cloud Service do not receive paid subscription benefits such as Extended Warranty, express shipping, and other perks.

Q2 How is the validity period of Free Cloud Service calculated?

The validity period starts after you activate your free subscription, pair your camera with your Insta360+ account, and connect to a Wi-Fi network. Example:

• You receive 20GB of Free Cloud Service with a 30-day validity period.
• You pair your camera with your Insta360+ account and connect to a Wi-Fi network on January 1.
• Your Free Cloud Service will expire on January 31.

Q3 What happens after my Insta360+ Free Cloud Service expires?

After the free trial expires, your files will be stored on the server for free for 60 days. During this period, you can view, edit, and download files, but sharing and exporting will no longer be available.
After 60 days, all files will be permanently deleted, and you will no longer be able to access them.
To keep your files, you can subscribe to an Insta360+ plan from the Settings tab in the Insta360 app.
Once subscribed, your stored files from the free trial will remain accessible under the same conditions as during the trial.

Q4 What happens with my current files if I subscribe to Insta360+ during my Free Cloud Service period?

If you subscribe to a paid plan while your Free Cloud Service is still valid, the capacities will be combined, but their validity periods will be calculated separately. Example:

• You have 20GB of Free Cloud Service storage, valid for one month.
• You subscribe to 200GB of paid cloud space, valid for one year.
• After subscribing, your total available cloud space becomes 220GB during the one-month free period.
• Once the Free Cloud Service expires, your total capacity will return to 200GB, and all uploaded files will remain accessible until your paid subscription expires.
