Insta360+: Missing Cloud Media / Uploaded Files are Incomplete

Solution

1. Check the recycle bin

Please go to "Recently deleted / Recycle Bin" to see if the mistakenly deleted files are there.

  • Insta360 app: "Me" > "My cloud and devices" > "Recently deleted"
  • Insta360 Studio: Cloud > Recycle Bin

2. Troubleshooting based on the situation

Scenario 1: The mistakenly deleted files are found in "Recently deleted / Recycle Bin"

Scenario 2: The desired files are not found in "Recently deleted / Recycle Bin"

  • If you're viewing Cloud Album via the Insta360 app: Try logging out and logging back into your account, then check if the files display normally.
    • If Cloud Album shows files correctly after re-login: This issue has been fixed in the latest version. Update the Insta360 app to the latest version for a better experience.
    • If all files still don't display after re-login: Please contact Insta360 Customer Support for assistance.
