Insta360+: Cloud Media Deletion & Recovery

When managing your Insta360+ cloud service, you can easily batch delete cloud media to free up storage space. Below is a guide to deleting and recovering cloud media, helping you manage your cloud files effortlessly.
Instructions
Cloud media deletion (batch deletion supported)
Open the Insta360 app > go to the Album page > select "Cloud" > choose the media to delete > tap "Delete".


Cloud media recovery
- Deleted within the past 10 days: Go to "My cloud and devices" > "Recently deleted" > long-press the file > tap "Recover".
- Deleted more than 10 days ago: Unbind your camera from the cloud service account, then re-bind it. After re-binding, when you upload media, the camera will automatically upload both the previously deleted cloud media and new media.
Please note: If you deleted the file from the SD card and the cloud media has been deleted for more than 10 days, the file cannot be recovered or re-uploaded to the cloud.
