After subscribing to Insta360+, follow these steps to pair your camera and connect to Wi-Fi to automatically sync files to the cloud.
Pairing Your Camera and Connecting to Wi-Fi
Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, then power on your camera.
After subscribing to Insta360+, a pop-up will appear on the Insta360 app to pair your camera to your account. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair.
Alternatively, log into your Insta360+ account and go to App Settings > My Cloud Space to pair your camera.
Choose the camera you want to pair from the list according to the serial number. Do not leave the page or exit the app while the camera is pairing. Not sure how to find the camera's serial number? Click

Once paired, you can connect the camera to Wi-Fi. Tap "Go to System Settings to select Wi-Fi", choose your Wi-Fi network, and enter the password. If there's no password, tap Next.
Insta360 X5/X4: The camera automatically syncs files to the cloud whenever it's charging and connected to Wi-Fi (Auto Sync is enabled by default).
Insta360 X3: The camera automatically syncs files to the cloud whenever it's powered on and connected to Wi-Fi (Auto Sync is enabled by default).
Once connected to Wi-Fi, tap "Confirm" on the camera screen to finish pairing. Stay on the app and keep the camera powered on while the camera is pairing. When it's paired successfully, the camera will display "Subscription successful".
Your Insta360+ account can be paired with multiple Insta360 cameras and connected to multiple Wi-Fi networks.
• Adding Additional Cameras:
To add another camera, go to "My cloud and devices", tap the + icon in the top right corner, and select the camera you want to pair.
Note: One Insta360+ account can pair multiple cameras, but each camera can only be paired to one Insta360+ account at a time. If you need to change the account the camera is paired with, you need to unpair it from the current account first.
• Adding Additional Wi-Fi:
To add another Wi-Fi network, connect the camera to the Insta360 app and go to "Cloud Camera Management". Tap the camera to enter "Device Settings". Tap the + icon next to "Wi-Fi for syncing" to add a new Wi-Fi network.
If pairing fails, please check the following:
Ensure both the camera firmware and the Insta360 app are updated to the latest version.
Confirm that the camera is not paired with another Insta360+ account. If it is, unpair it from the current account before pairing it with a new one.
Check that the Wi-Fi connection is stable and that the password is correct.
The connection might fail if you're using a public Wi-Fi network that requires verification with a phone number or other method. If this happens, connect to a different Wi-Fi and try again.
