GO Series: Screen is Unresponsive or Touchscreen is Insensitive

Applicable Models: GO 3, GO 3S, and GO Ultra

Solution

1. Check if the protective film on the screen has been removed.

2. Perform a reset by pressing and holding the camera button and the Action Pod's power button for 7 seconds respectively.

Scenario 1: Screen is responsive but not sensitive

If the screen responds to operations such as taps or swipes but reacts slowly or inconsistently, perform a factory reset: Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > tap "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙) > tap "Factory Reset" > tap "Confirm".

Scenario 2: Screen is completely unresponsive
