GO Series: Camera Button is Malfunctioning, Unresponsive, or Unable to Record

Description
There is no response when the button on the camera or the Action Pod is pressed, so photo, video, and all other features fail to activate.
Solution
Step 1: Confirm if the button is operated properly
If a reset was accidentally triggered by pressing and holding the "camera button" or "Action Pod's power button" before the issue occurred, please place the camera back into the Action Pod. Then, press and hold the "Action Pod's power button" for three seconds to turn on the device and check if the button functions normally.
Please note: Pressing and holding the camera button or the Action Pod's power button for seven seconds will trigger a reset and turn the camera off.

Step 2: Check if the camera has been used underwater
Scenario 1: The camera has been used underwater
It is recommended to dry the camera surface thoroughly with a soft cloth. Allow it to air dry completely before checking if the button functions normally.
Scenario 2: The camera was not used underwater
- The Action Pod button is unresponsive while the camera is in the Action Pod
- Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > tap "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙) > tap "Factory Reset" > tap "Confirm".
- Gently clean the metal contacts on the back of the camera and inside the Action Pod using a clean cotton swab.
- Check if the button functions normally.
- Either the camera button or Action Pod button is unresponsive while the camera is not in the Action Pod
- Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the camera menu > tap "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙) > tap "Factory Reset > tap "Confirm".
- Remove the camera from the Action Pod. Perform a Bluetooth reset by pressing and holding the camera button and the Action Pod's power button for seven seconds respectively.
- Check if the button functions normally.
