Applicable Models: GO 3, GO 3S, and GO Ultra
You can find the device's serial number through the following 5 methods:
Swipe down from the top of the Action Pod screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙) > "Camera Info" to view the serial number.
You can directly check the back of the camera, where the serial number is printed.
You can locate the device's serial number under the first S/N barcode on the packaging box.
If the camera can be turned on normally, connect it to the Insta360 app. Navigate to the app's Settings page and tap "Device Info" to view the camera's serial number.

If you have kept the original files captured by the camera, open Insta360 Studio on your computer > import the original media > select the original media > right-click to check the file properties, and see the camera's serial number.
Currently, the dedicated accessories for cameras do not have serial numbers.

Go to the Product Serial Number Inquiry page on the Insta360 Website. Enter the serial number of your gimbal and click to view the result. If the query returns warranty information matching your model, it is confirmed as an authentic product.
