GO Series: Camera Crashes

Applicable Models: GO 3, GO 3S, and GO Ultra

Description

The camera crashes or becomes unresponsive during use, or the screen suddenly turns black or white while in operation.

Solution

1. Cool down cameras

If the camera body is hot after prolonged recording or if it is in a high-temperature environment, move the device to a cool and well-ventilated place, and allow it to cool down for a while before restarting and using it again.

2. Check power connection

If you are using an external power supply, please perform the following operations:

• Confirm whether your charging device meets the 5V/2A specification. If not, replace it with a compliant one.
• Disconnect the power supply, then try using the camera again.
