Turn on the gimbal. Bluetooth will activate automatically (it cannot be turned off manually).
Via Insta360 app: Open the Insta360 app, tap the camera icon at the bottom of the page, select the corresponding gimbal from the list of discovered Bluetooth devices, and follow the prompts to complete pairing.
Via system Bluetooth: Go to "Settings" on your phone > "Bluetooth", enable Bluetooth, search for the gimbal's signal, and tap the corresponding name to connect.
Method 1: Navigate to "Bluetooth Settings" on the original phone, disconnect from the gimbal. Then, turn on Bluetooth on the new phone, detect the gimbal's signal, and connect to it.
Method 2: Press and hold the gimbal's trigger button and shutter button simultaneously for 3 seconds to reset Bluetooth. After that, re-pair with the new phone.
*If the gimbal's Bluetooth is already connected to a device, other phones will not be able to detect its Bluetooth signal. A single gimbal can only connect to one phone at a time.
The gimbal does not need to be bound to an Insta360 account; it only needs to be connected to the Insta360 app via a mobile phone, so there is no need to remove it from the account.
If you need to transfer the gimbal to another person, you can follow these steps below:
1. Power on the other gimbal.
2. In the Insta360 app, tap the camera icon at the bottom. Select the other gimbal from the Bluetooth list to switch connections.
3. If you need to control your phone's native camera, go to "Bluetooth Settings" on your phone and tap the name of the other gimbal to connect directly.
Please note: If switching fails, delete the previous gimbal from your phone's Bluetooth Settings menu and try again. A single gimbal can only connect to one phone at a time.

Yes. After pairing via the phone's system Bluetooth, functions such as photo taking, video recording, and gimbal stabilization can be used, but Insta360 app-exclusive features like Deep Track cannot be used.
These models adopt dual-mode Bluetooth technology, and the two names correspond to different functions respectively:
The Bluetooth connections of the two do not conflict with each other, allowing free switching without disconnecting the existing connection:
