Flow Series: Firmware Update Failure

Applicable Models: Flow, Flow Pro, Flow 2, and Flow 2 Pro

Solution

1. Restart the gimbal, then reconnect it to the Insta360 app.
2. Open the Insta360 app, go to the "Me" page, tap "Firmware Version", and follow the prompts to retry the update.

Please note:

• Before the update, ensure the gimbal's battery level is above 20%.
• Do not turn off the gimbal's power or exit the Insta360 app during the update.
• Fully unfold the gimbal before powering it on, and do not fold it during the update.
