Solution
Please follow these troubleshooting steps
- Ensure your Insta360 app is updated to the latest version.
- Download the media to the Insta360 app, and then perform editing and export operations. Check if this resolves the issue.
- Check your phone's free memory and clear the cache: In the Insta360 app, tap "Me" > "App Settings" > "Clear Cache".
- If you have an external storage device connected, change the save path to your phone's internal storage.
- If you are using an Android phone, enable "Compatibility Mode": In the Insta360 app, tap "Me" > "Settings" in the top right corner > "About Insta360" > "Compatibility Mode".
Please note: The Insta360 app does not yet officially support HarmonyOS NEXT. You may be unable to export media normally when using this system.
- If you are using an iPhone and have sufficient available storage space, try to turn off iCloud and then export the media again.
- Try adjusting the video's resolution, frame rate, or bitrate before exporting.
- Try exporting with a different phone, or use the desktop software Insta360 Studio. You can refer to Insta360 Studio Tutorial.
