Insta360 App: Exporting Media Stuck on Pixel 10 Series Phones

Applicable Models: X3, X4, X4 Air, and X5

Description

When exporting media on Pixel 10 series phones (including Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro Fold, and Pixel 10 Pro XL), the export process gets stuck, and the thumbnail previews fail to load.

Solution

1. Switch the Insta360 app to the new version

If 360 media appears as a circle in Album, you are currently using the old version of Insta360 app. Please switch to the new version and try exporting again.

Switching path: Open the Insta360 app, tap "Me" > "About Insta360" > "Switch to the New Version". After switching, try exporting again.

2. Export via cloud media

If you are an Insta360+ cloud service user, you can temporarily export via cloud media.

If you have not subscribed to the cloud service, please do not worry. Our technical team has identified this issue, and a fix is expected to be included in Insta360 app v2.21.0. Please keep an eye out for the latest app updates. Thank you for your patience!
