Insta360+: Cloud Media Download & Export

Below is a quick guide to downloading and exporting your cloud media with the Insta360 app or Insta360 Studio. Save wonderful clips straight to your phone for a quick edit, or export the finished film and share it on social platforms—both happen in a couple of taps.
Download cloud media to the Insta360 app
- In the Insta360 app, find the media you want to download and tap to enter the playback page.
- Tap the gear icon in the top left corner > select "Download" > choose "Download entire clip" or "Download selected segment".

How to export cloud media to your phone
- In the Insta360 app, find the media you want to download and tap to enter the playback page.
- Tap the export button in the top right corner > select exporting 360 / flat video > set export parameters > tap "Export to Phone".

How to download cloud media to PC
- Download the final edited media: Right-click the target media > click "Start Export".
- Download the original film without editing effects: Right-click the target media > click "Download".

Please note: Insta360 Studio v5.7.4 and later versions no longer support the proxy video download for cloud media. When downloading cloud-based media, the system will download the original videos by default.

FAQ
Can cloud media be downloaded to external storage devices?
- Mobile phones / tablets (Insta360 app): Media downloaded from the cloud is saved to the device's internal storage by default.
- PC (Insta360 Studio): You can choose the storage location during download (downloading to external disks or other connected storage devices is supported).
