Please first confirm the video's shooting parameters (frame rate), then proceed according to the specific frame rate.
Check the video frame rate: Find the corresponding video in the Insta360 app. On its playback page, tap the "Settings" icon in the top left corner, then tap "File Info" to view the video's frame rate.
Your video is recorded at 100/120fps or higher, while normal videos are typically recorded at 30fps or 60fps. For some phone models, the native album app automatically reduces the playback speed of high-frame-rate videos, creating the slow motion effect, which is normal on these devices.
If you want to play the video at normal speed, please refer to the following steps:
Xiaomi phones: Find the video in the album, tap "Speed Adjustment", and set the video back to the original speed.
iPhone: Open the video > tap the "Edit" icon > adjust the slow-motion area and set the seek bar to the full speed range. Then, save the video, and now the video will play at normal speed in the album.
Please note: Before operating on your device, please ensure the iOS system is updated to 18.0 or later to ensure the feature works correctly.
