Ace Series: Gesture Control / Voice Control is Unresponsive
Applicable models: Ace, Ace Pro, and Ace Pro 2
Scenario 1: Gesture Control is unresponsive
- Confirm the feature is enabled
Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > tap "Gesture Control" (✋ icon).
Please note: If the icon is grayed out, the feature is disabled. You can tap the icon to enable it.
- Ensure suitable operating distance and posture
- Operate within the recommended distance: 1.6ft - 5.2ft (0.5m - 1.6m) for Ace and Ace Pro, and 1.3ft - 5.2ft (0.4m -1.6m) for Ace Pro 2;
- Position the gesture close to your face and ensure your face is fully visible and unobstructed. This significantly improves the camera's gesture recognition accuracy;
- The camera may fail to recognize gestures made too far from your face.
- Check firmware version
Ensure the camera's firmware has been updated to the latest version. If not, please update it promptly.

Scenario 2: Voice Control is unresponsive
- Confirm the feature is enabled
Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > tap the "Voice Control" icon.
- Check firmware version
Ensure the camera's firmware has been updated to the latest version. If not, please update it promptly.
