I. Basic troubleshooting & confirmation
  1. Update device firmware

Ensure both your camera and the external Bluetooth device have the latest firmware installed.

  1. Eliminate signal interference

Take the camera and Bluetooth device to an open, interference-free environment and reconnect them. Nearby devices such as Wi-Fi routers and smart home appliances may interfere with Bluetooth signals.

Try connecting the Bluetooth device (e.g., headphones/microphones) to other electronic devices like a smartphone to verify its functionality.
