Take the camera and Bluetooth device to an open, interference-free environment and reconnect them. Nearby devices such as Wi-Fi routers and smart home appliances may interfere with Bluetooth signals.
Try connecting the Bluetooth device (e.g., headphones/microphones) to other electronic devices like a smartphone to verify its functionality.

Scenario 1: Incompatible external device
Use the compatible devices recommended by Insta360 for connection.
Scenario 2: A compatible external device connects to the phone successfully, but cannot connect to the camera
The Bluetooth device is on the compatibility list and connects to your phone normally, but fails to pair with the camera. It typically indicates that the camera may have an abnormality. Please contact Insta360 Customer Support for assistance.
Scenario 3: A compatible external device fails to connect to phone
The Bluetooth device is on the compatibility list, but cannot connect to your phone or any other devices.
It typically indicates that the Bluetooth device itself may be faulty. It is recommended to contact the brand's customer service for professional technical support.
