By connecting the camera to your computer using the original USB cable, you can quickly enter the U-Disk Mode and easily transfer original photo and video files. The following instructions detail the connection steps to help you manage your files efficiently.

How to transfer files from a camera to a computer

1. Connect the camera to your computer using the USB cable included in the original packaging.
2. Power on the camera. The screen will automatically display connection options. Select "U-Disk Mode".
3. Wait for the computer to recognize the camera. After successful recognition, a new drive named "Ace", "Insta360 Ace Pro" or similar will appear.
4. Open this drive, then navigate to the DCIM > Camera01 folder. Here, you can view and copy the original photo and video files from the camera to your computer.
