By connecting the camera to your computer using the original USB cable, you can quickly enter the U-Disk Mode and easily transfer original photo and video files. The following instructions detail the connection steps to help you manage your files efficiently.
How to transfer files from a camera to a computer
- Connect the camera to your computer using the USB cable included in the original packaging.
- Power on the camera. The screen will automatically display connection options. Select "U-Disk Mode".
- Wait for the computer to recognize the camera. After successful recognition, a new drive named "Ace", "Insta360 Ace Pro" or similar will appear.
- Open this drive, then navigate to the DCIM > Camera01 folder. Here, you can view and copy the original photo and video files from the camera to your computer.
