Firmware upgrade

Q1. How can I check my ONE R’s current firmware version?
The firmware version can be viewed on the touch screen display when turning the camera on or by navigating to Settings--Camera Info.

Q2. How can I upgrade my ONE R’s firmware?

ONE R supports two ways to upgrade the firmware, via the Insta360 App or Micro SD card. For details, please refer to the tutorial.

Q3. What should I do if the firmware fails to upgrade successfully?

If the upgrade fails through the app, please try to upgrade using Micro SD card.
If the upgrade is still not successful with the second method, please check:

1. Is the firmware file stored in the root directory of the Micro SD card?
   
2. Has the name of the firmware file changed? The firmware file should have the default name.
   
3. If the upgrade still fails, please backup your files and format the memory card according to the tutorial and try again.
