GO Series: Camera Screen Flickering

Applicable Models: GO 3, GO 3S, and GO Ultra

​I. Update firmware and restart the camera

  1. Open the Insta360 app, connect to the camera, and update the camera firmware to the latest version.

  1. After the update is complete, power the camera off and back on, then check if the screen flickering issue is resolved.

II. If screen flickering persists, follow the steps below based on different scenarios

Scenario 1: Flickering appears only while previewing or playing back footage in the album
