Applicable Models: X3, X4, X4 Air, X5, Ace, Ace Pro, and Ace Pro 2
When you tap "Auto Edit" or "Create a Video" on the Edit page and proceed to the clip selection interface, media with 6K, 8K, or 11K resolution may appear grayed out and cannot be selected. If you attempt to select such media, a prompt stating "This file is temporarily not supported due to device performance limitations" will appear.
This issue is typically caused by the performance limitations of your mobile device. Currently, only devices meeting specific compatibility requirements can preview, edit, and export media with 6K, 8K, or 11K resolution within the Insta360 app. You can select these media files normally by enabling Performance Mode in the Insta360 app: Tap "Me" > "App Settings" > turn on "Performance Mode".
Please refer to: Insta360 App: Device Compatibility
