The Insta360 app has certain requirements for device configuration. To ensure a smooth experience, please confirm your device meets the following compatibility standards.

However, when running high-load tasks such as AI analysis, video playback, editing, or exporting, the device may experience slow performance, lag, or failure. If you encounter issues while editing or exporting media in the Insta360 app on your phone, you can switch to the desktop software Insta360 Studio to complete your editing.

Please note:

Some phones have the OTG feature turned off by default. If the microphone cannot connect to your phone via the receiver, please go to your phone's settings, check and enable the OTG feature, and then try again.
In addition to the models listed above, all branded smartphones with a Type-C port are compatible with Mic Pro.
The two tablet devices listed above have been tested and verified to work stably with Mic Pro. Other tablets should also work, provided they support the UAC protocol.

Insta360 App Compatibility Notes

If a device does not meet the above requirements but can install the app, it may still support controlling the camera for shooting and some basic editing features. However, when running high-load tasks such as AI analysis, video playback, editing, or exporting, the device may experience slow performance, lag, or failure. If you encounter issues while editing or exporting media in the Insta360 app on your phone, you can switch to the desktop software Insta360 Studio to complete your editing.
Testing has shown that devices with Qualcomm SDM765 5G chipsets (e.g., OPPO Reno 3 5G) have insufficient hardware decoding capabilities and currently are not compatible with the Insta360 app.
To install the Insta360 app, you need a phone that supports a 64-bit operating system. Phones running a 32-bit operating system cannot install the app.
The Insta360 app is not yet compatible with Android tablets, so it cannot be downloaded from app stores on tablets. Even if installed, it may not function properly for editing or exporting media. If you encounter issues using the Insta360 app on an Android tablet, we recommend using an Android phone to download the Insta360 app and complete your media processing.
To provide higher quality and more stable software services, the Insta360 app, starting from v1.75.0, no longer supports iOS 12 and earlier versions. It is recommended that you update your iOS device to iOS 13.0 or later for optimal compatibility.
