Ace Series: Setting and Switching Between Aspect Ratios
Ace Series: Setting and Switching Between Aspect Ratios
Applicable Models: Ace, Ace Pro, and Ace Pro 2
Before shooting, you can adjust the aspect ratio in the camera. This not only allows your creative content to achieve a better visual quality but also easily adapts to different sharing needs, such as on social media platforms.
How to set the aspect ratio in a camera
Before you start shooting, tap the "Specification Settings" icon in the bottom left corner of the screen, then tap "Ratio" to set your desired ratio.

Please note:
- To switch between landscape and portrait modes, ensure the camera's"Rotation Lock" feature is turned off: Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to enter the Shortcut menu, then tap the "Rotation Lock" icon to turn it on/off.

- If the aspect ratio is set to 16:9 and the camera is placed vertically when starting to shoot, the camera will automatically convert to a 9:16 aspect ratio for shooting, while the UI orientation remains unchanged. If the camera is placed horizontally when starting to shoot, the final video will remain in the 16:9 aspect ratio (landscape mode) even if you switch to a vertical orientation during shooting.
