If the issue persists, please update the camera firmware to the latest version.

If you have enabled the Voice Control or Gesture Control feature, please disable it and check if the issue is resolved.

Please check the camera's USB port to ensure there is no dust or debris that might cause the camera to incorrectly detect a connected external device.

The camera displays the message, "Stop recording: Audio data anomaly, please check the currently connected audio device."

Description
During recording, the camera frequently stops recording after a few minutes or over ten minutes (whether powered off or not), but the camera does not freeze.
This may be because you are using a memory card that does not meet the requirements or is formatted incorrectly.
Please ensure that you are using a Micro SD card with a speed class of UHS-I, V30, or higher and formatted as exFAT. Please refer to the table below for memory cards known to be well compatible with ONE X:
