When a camera prompts "No SD Card" or cannot recognize the memory card, this is typically caused by memory card compatibility issues.
Please ensure that the memory card you are using meets the following official specifications (as shown in the image below):
Test the current memory card in another device (such as a phone, computer, or another camera) to see if it can be recognized normally.
The memory card itself is likely functional. The issue may be an abnormal hardware adaptation with the camera. In this case, we recommend you apply for Insta360 Repair Service for professional diagnostics.
The memory card is likely damaged. We recommend you replace it with a new memory card that "meets the camera's compatibility specifications (UHS-I, V30, and exFAT) and is recognized normally by other devices", then insert the new memory card into the camera and try again.
