X Series: Transferring Files from Camera to PC

By connecting the camera to your PC using the original USB cable, you can quickly enter U-Disk Mode and easily transfer original photo and video files. The following instructions detail the connection steps to help you manage your files efficiently.
Instructions
- Connect the camera to your PC using the data cable included in the original packaging.
- Power on the camera. The screen will automatically display connection options. Select "U-Disk Mode".
- Wait for the computer to recognize the camera, and a new drive letter related to your camera name will appear after successful recognition.
- Open this drive, then navigate to the DCIM > Camera01 folder. Here you can view and copy the original photo and video files from the camera to your PC.

1. What is the logic for switching USB modes on the camera?
Default setting: By default, the camera will automatically enter the "File Transfer" mode upon its first wired connection to a computer. To change the mode, you can tap "Switch USB Mode" to access the mode selection page.
Mode memory: The camera will remember the last used mode and automatically apply it the next time it is connected to an external device.
Please note: If the "Reverse Charging" mode was selected last, the camera will return to the USB mode selection page the next time it is powered on.
2. What is the transfer speed of X4 Air through a wired connection? What is the transfer speed through a Wi-Fi connection?
