X Series: QuickCapture
Applicable Models: ONE X, X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, and X5
QuickCapture enables you to turn on the camera swiftly in urgent situations or when you need to start recording immediately. When the camera is powered off, simply press the Shutter button to wake up the camera and start shooting immediately. This article describes how to enable QuickCapture and provides some FAQ answers.
Instructions
X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, and X5
- Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu.
- Tap the "QuickCapture" icon to enable/disable "QuickCapture" (X4, X4 Air, and X5 support customizing the shooting mode and parameters).

- Pressing the Shutter button when the camera is powered off will start shooting with the selected mode. Press the Shutter button again to stop recording and power off the camera.
ONE X
- Long press the Power button to turn on the camera and switch to the Setting mode.
- Press the Shutter button to switch to the "More Settings" menu, press the Power button to select QuickCap, then press the Shutter button again to toggle it on/off.

- When the camera is powered off, long press the Shutter button to power on the camera and start recording. Press the Shutter button again to stop recording and power off the camera.

2. Does the camera support Q button customization?
X5, X4 Air, and X4: Support customizable button options, allowing you to change the feature assigned to the Q button and Menu button according to your preferences.
X3, X2, and ONE X: Not supported.
3. Why is there no response when switching between front and rear lenses within the first 6 seconds when QuickCapture is activated on X4 Air in the Single-Lens Mode at 4K@60fps or 1080p@60fps?
Currently, switching between front and rear lenses is not supported during the first 6 seconds after QuickCapture is activated. We will continue to optimize our products to improve user experience. Thank you for your understanding and support!
4. Why doesn't X4 Air support 360 Audio when using QuickCapture in the 8K mode?
Currently, X4 Air does not support 360 Audio when using QuickCapture in 8K mode. It is recommended to use Wind Reduction or other audio modes. We will continue to optimize our products to improve user experience. Thank you for your understanding and support!
