Q3 What are the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth protocols of X4?

X4 broadcasts a 5GHz Wi-Fi signal by default. It will only switch to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi if 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported locally or the 5GHz Wi-Fi signals in the surrounding environment are overly congested. Currently, X4 does not support manual switching between frequencies.

Q4 Can I change X4's Wi-Fi password?

Yes. To change the Wi-Fi password, follow the steps below:

a. First, ensure that you are successfully connected to the camera's Wi-Fi.

b. Open the Insta360 app.

c. Go to "Settings" and find the "Set Camera Wi-Fi Password" option.

d. After the camera is authorized, modify the password in the app.

In an interference-free environment, the app download speed is approximately 30MB/s. Use the app in an environment with minimal interference for the best possible transmission performance.
