Applicable Models: ONE X, X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, X5, and X6
The shooting interval determines the degree of "acceleration" in a timelapse video. A shorter interval results in a smoother video, suitable for fast-moving subjects. A longer interval emphasizes the passage of time, ideal for slowly changing scenes like clouds or sunsets.

Please note: Different resolutions correspond to different "Interval" options; please refer to the actual options displayed on your camera.
Resolution determines the video clarity, while the frame rate affects the playback smoothness. Higher resolution retains more details, and 24fps and 30fps are the common standard frame rates for video production.

X4 uses the Pureshot algorithm in the Timelapse Mode to achieve optimal image quality. This requires longer intervals to analyze and enhance image details, so intervals of less than 1s are not supported at 8K and 11K resolutions. If you need shorter intervals for smoother timelapse videos, we recommend selecting the 0.5s or 1s as the interval at 5.7K resolution.
