Q1 How do I set the time on X4?

Once X4 is paired with the Insta360 app, it will automatically set the camera time. You can manually set the time by swiping down on the touchscreen and tapping Settings > Date and Time.

Q2 How can I find the serial number of my X4?

Your X4's serial number is 14 digits, made up of letters and numbers. You can find it in one of the following ways:

1. Camera: Turn on the camera, swipe down from the top, and tap "Settings" > "About Camera".
   
2. Package: The serial number can be found on the original product packaging.
   
3. Battery: Remove the battery. The serial number can be found inside the battery port.
   
4. Insta360 app: Connect your X4 to the Insta360 app. Tap "Settings" and look for "Camera Information".
   
5. Insta360 Studio: If you have footage captured by the camera, import it to Insta360 Studio and find the serial number by right-clicking on file properties.
