What should I do if my Insta360 X4 shows "insufficient card speed"?
Insta360 X4 insufficient card speed errors usually occur due to incompatibility.
If you see this message, there are a few things you can do.
1. Check SD Card Compatibility
- Please use exFAT format microSD cards of speed classes UHS-I and V30 or above to ensure normal recording. Avoid UHS-II/III or cards exceeding 1TB. Incompatible cards may interrupt recording or corrupt files.
- It's recommended to regularly format the microSD card via the camera or Insta360 app to avoid any storage issues. Connect X4 to the Insta360 app and enter app Settings > Other Settings > Camera Storage > Format.
