Via the camera: Power on your camera, swipe down to access the Shortcut menu, then go to [Settings] > [Camera Info] to view the serial number.
Via the Insta360 app: Connect your camera to your phone via the Insta360 app. Enter the app Settings, then find [Camera Information] to view your camera's serial number.
If you can't locate the serial number and you are submitting a repair request, you can choose "camera model" to continue the request.
