Method 1: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap "Settings" > "General" > "Restore Factory" to reset the device to factory settings.
Method 2: Connect the Insta360 Wave to the Insta360 Wave Controller, then click "Settings" > "General Settings" > "Factory Reset".
