Insta360 Studio: Unable to Load or Download Content from Media Library on Project Page

Description

Insta360 Studio fails to load, download, or use the content (including text, music, transitions, and movement effects) from the Media Library on the Project page even with a normal network connection.

Reason

This might be because the save path of the Insta360 Studio Media Library was incorrectly configured to a network drive directory, preventing the software from properly reading the Media Library.

Solution

Please uninstall and then reinstall Insta360 Studio, ensuring that the installation path is set to a local disk. Then, open Insta360 Studio to check if the issue is resolved.

Please note: We recommend installing Insta360 Studio on Drive C according to the default settings.
