- Mac: a. Open "Finder" on your Mac > click "Go" in the top menu bar > "Go to Folder"; b. Enter "~/Library/ApplicationSupport/Adobe/Common/plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore Insta360/Insta360Reframe.aex" and delete the file.

Please note: The language selected during the Insta360 Reframe plugin installation only affects the installer's display language, not the plugin's operational language.

How to Use?
For a more intuitive operational demonstration, please refer to Insta360 Reframe Tutorial.
Direct import of .insv videos is supported without the need to stitch and export via Insta360 Studio first.
You can modify the stitching mode, optimization options, and stabilization type in "Source Settings" to achieve the best stitching and stabilization results.
- Use proxy files
- Ensure the .lrv file exists in the same directory as the .insv file. Manually enable the proxy mode in Pr, and it will be recognized automatically.
- When using proxy files, changing options in "Source Settings" has no effect. Modifications in "Source Settings" only apply to the main file.
- Proxy is not supported for special formats like 5.7K 50/60fps; otherwise, it may cause playback issues.
- Reframe
Basic Reframe features are supported, including custom resolution, projection model, FOV presets, camera angle adjustment, and distortion control.
Please note:
- Only Adobe Premiere Pro 2021 and later versions are supported. Ensure Pr is closed during installation.
- The Reframe feature is only supported for 360° videos.
- If "Insta360 STITCHER" is installed, you need to manually delete the import plugin (Path: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\ProImporterCEP).

6. Can I use the Tiny Planet mode within Pr if the plugin has already been installed in the computer?
No. The Tiny Planet mode is only available in Insta360 Studio.
7. What is the difference between adjusting the camera angle and adjusting the source file angle?
- Adjusting the camera angle: This is similar to adjusting the framing angle in Insta360 Studio. It is mainly used to achieve your desired shooting effect, such as highlighting a specific scene or changing how the subject is presented.
- Adjusting the source file angle: This focuses on correcting the image horizon. When the original file has a tilted image (e.g., due to stabilization), adjusting the source file angle can correct the image and restore a level horizon.
In practice, if the original image is tilted, it is recommended to level the horizon by adjusting the source file angle, and then adjust the camera angle to determine the ideal shooting angle. Both functions can be combined to ensure the image remains level and achieves the desired visual effect.
