Insta360 Studio: Adding or Removing Watermarks

Applicable Models: ONE X, X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, X5, Ace, Ace Pro, Ace Pro 2, GO 3, GO 3S, and GO Ultra

Insta360 Studio offers two types of watermarks: Camera Brand Watermark and Time Watermark. Both are applied on the Media page and can effectively protect your work's copyright and enhance its professional look.

Watermark types

• Camera (Brand) Watermark: A watermark displaying the camera brand and model. For example, Insta360 Studio v5.5.3 provides 10 preset watermark styles and supports custom logos (requires importing your own image).
• Time Watermark: A watermark exclusive to videos. Once selected, the exported video will automatically display the recording time.

Add/remove a camera (brand) watermark

On the Media page, select the media you want to add a watermark, then click the Watermark icon on the right > choose your desired watermark style > click "Export".

360 photos and 360 videos

Please note:

• Camera watermarks only include camera model styles and brand-only styles for X Series and ONE R Series 360 cameras (Leica watermarks for the Ace series are not currently available)
• 360 photos shot using a Flow Series gimbal with a phone do not support adding watermarks.
• Only original videos straight from the camera (not previously exported through Insta360 Studio or the Insta360 app) support adding a watermark.

Supported operations

• Adjust the camera (brand) watermark's size, position, and angle. You can also add rounded corners and a feathering effect to the watermark.

• Add watermarks in batch. Path: "Batch Settings" > select your desired effects > select target files to apply a watermark > "Batch Apply".

Add/remove a time watermark

For videos only: On the Media page, select the media you want to add a watermark, then click the Watermark icon on the right > Enable "Time Watermark".

Please note:

• 360 photos shot using a Flow Series gimbal with a phone do not support adding watermarks.
• Watermarks are supported for all camera models. Only original videos straight from the camera (not previously exported through Insta360 Studio or the Insta360 app) support adding a watermark.
• Currently, cloud-stored media does not support adding time watermarks in Insta360 Studio.

Supported Operations

• Adjust the watermark's opacity.
• Choose the time format, including "YY/MM/DD", "MM/DD/YY", and "DD/MM/YY".

FAQ

Does the Project page of Insta360 Studio support adding watermarks or logos?

It is currently not supported to add watermarks or logos on the Project page. You can achieve a similar effect by using text as an alternative. We will continue to optimize our product to provide you with a better experience. Thank you for your understanding and support!
