Insta360 Studio: Movement Feature

Applicable Models: ONE X, X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, and X5

The "Movement" feature allows you to quickly add smooth, professional camera movement effects to 360 videos without the need to manually set keyframes.

How to use this feature

Create a new project with an aspect ratio other than 2:1 (360) > add 360 media > click "Movement" to enter the Movement Library page, where you can select, download, and preview the desired effect > click the "+" icon on the effect you prefer, or drag the effect directly onto the timeline to add it.

Please note: The "Movement" feature is only available in Insta360 Studio v5.8.8 or later. Please ensure your Insta360 Studio is updated to the latest version for the full experience.

FAQ

Can the Movement feature be used in combination with Deep Track or keyframe effects?

No. Both the Movement and Deep Track features add keyframes to video clips, and a single video clip cannot have two different keyframe settings applied simultaneously. Therefore, if a video clip already has Movement or Deep Track applied, the other feature will no longer be available for that clip.
