Snap Selfie Screen: Compatibility

Applicable Models: Selfie Screen and Selfie Screen with Light

Mobile phone compatibility

Please note:

• If you are using a vivo phone and encounter compatibility issues such as touchscreen or connectivity problems, please upgrade your system to OriginOS 6 or later.
• If your device is not included in the Applicable Models above, we recommend verifying the following three criteria to ensure the normal operation of the Selfie Screen:
  • Whether your phone has a Type-C port.
  • Whether your phone supports reverse charging.
  • Whether your phone supports the DisplayPort (DP) protocol.

  You can visit the "Product Specifications" page on the official website of your phone brand to check the information about the Type-C port and reverse charging feature. In addition, you can connect your phone to a monitor or TV using a compatible data cable. If the screen is mirrored properly, the phone supports the DisplayPort protocol. If your phone meets all the three criteria above, it is usually compatible with the Selfie Screen.

Bluetooth/Accessory compatibility

• Compatible with the Insta360 Ring Remote (The Ring Remote's firmware needs to be updated to v1.0.0.23 or later).
• Compatible with the Insta360 Mini Remote (The Mini Remote's firmware needs to be updated to v1.0.0.25 or later).
